About MomTalk

Moms come in all shapes and sizes, but they have one thing in common: all moms need to connect with other moms! The MomTalk group offers evidence-based curriculum that brings moms together and helps them connect naturally through conversation, discussion, and fun. Group leaders provide direction and expertise on parenting, relationships, self-care and life. No matter where you’re at on your parenting journey, if you’re a mom, you’re welcome at MomTalk.

As a first-time mom, going to MomTalk has helped me understand and handle a lot of experiences of being a parent. The friendship and camaraderie of getting together with other moms and talking about our wins and our struggles has helped me, both physically with doing a better job and emotionally at coping with this new chapter of my life.
