On January 27, 2025, The Prayer Rally For Life was held at the Iowa State Capitol. Governor Reynolds, Attorney General Bird, several legislators, and LCMS Pastor Jonathan Conner were featured. Also in attendance were Grant and Sarah DeJong, who were the first couple in our Down Syndrome Adoption Program.

The Iowa State Capitol was filled with prayer and faithful Iowans as citizens, clergy and government workers gathered together in support of life at the 2023 Iowa Prayer Rally for Life!

Citizens and clergy from all across Iowa joined Governor Reynolds, pro-life legislators, Lutheran Family Service and the other Coalition of Pro-Life Leaders for the Iowa Prayer Rally for Life on Monday, March 2, 2020 in support of the Protect Life Amendment.
