Meet Brittany! She is one of the faith-filled professionals on the Lutheran Family Service ministry team!

Brittany Skinner serves as a Resource Connector, and helps to connect people who love the Lord and see a need for the services offered, support the ministry work of Lutheran Family Service now and into the future.

“My role is focused on keeping our supporters informed of all the ministry work we are able to do with their help. Without their support, our ministries wouldn’t be able to thrive in the way that they currently do, positively impacting thousands each year.”

“Colossians 3:23 is the verse that I use as reference to how I should work. ‘Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.’ Although I do not directly give the counseling or other services to those in need, I’m working hard to ensure that those services are available.”

Brittany has been a part of the Lutheran Family Service ministry since November 2018 and was previously an elementary school teacher.

When asked why she chose to work for Lutheran Family Service, she shared, “I chose to work at LFS because I was excited to use my skills to glorify God. I’m passionate about the work done through this ministry to help those in need.”
