What are three things you can do to support life?

March, sing, and pray at the Iowa March for Life on Saturday, June 22 at the Iowa State Capitol! This is a great opportunity to proclaim the value of all human life and advocate for the protection of life in Iowa.

Calling all LCMS pastors and members, as well as all pro-life supporters, to attend and encourage others to attend the Iowa March for Life!

Please help spread the word within your congregation by including this information in Sunday’s bulletin, your congregation’s Facebook page, via email, and announcing in church and Bible study!

IOWA MARCH FOR LIFE SCHEDULE
12:00 PM – Educational Booths & Music in the Iowa State Capitol Rotunda
1:00 PM – Rally – Governor Kim Reynolds, Attorney General Brenna Bird, LCMS & Other Legislators, and Pro-Life Leaders have been invited.
1:05 PM – Rev. Dr. B. Keith Haney of the Iowa West LCMS District will be leading attendees in prayer
1:45 PM – Iowa March for Life – LCMS members are highly encouraged to gather on the West steps of the capitol with Rev. Dr. B. Keith Haney and to march and sing together. There will be signs with hymns printed on the back.

Rev. Dr. B. Keith Haney is from Fort Dodge, Iowa, and is Assistant to the President for Missions, Human Care, and Stewardship in the Iowa West LCMS District. An ordained pastor for 28 years, he has served various multi-ethnic urban congregations and was the Director of Outreach and Evangelism in St. Louis.
